Blue-Streaked Lory (Eos reticulata )
~ 12 inches (30 cm)
Indigenous to Indonesia

His plumage is bright red; with laser blue band from eyes across ear-coverts to sides of throat; back washed bluish-black and streaked violet-blue; his soft feet are dark grey; bill orange-red.

Diet: Lory nectar, pollen, plenty of fruit and veggies , grapes and ripe berries; greenfood; fresh branches for chewing; small quantities of sprouted seed.
